What does a ... actually do?

“I’m the first point of contact for our service customers. I handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and make sure our customers feel well taken care of from the very beginning. I manage to keep track of everything even when things get a little hectic. What I especially enjoy is the personal interaction and the fact that no two days are exactly alike.”

“As a dispatcher, I make sure that everything is in the right place at the right time. I coordinate vehicle orders, delivery dates, and registrations, keeping track of many details at once. This requires organizational skills, communication, and sometimes a little improvisation. In the end, it feels great when everything falls into place and the vehicle can be delivered to the customer on time.”

From maintenance and inspections to troubleshooting and repairs, all the way to modern vehicle diagnostics—my day-to-day work is varied and technically challenging.
